General Overview

Before starting to use EzyCampus, consider a typical school scenario from Class 1 to 12, where each class has multiple sections like Section A and Section B. Different subjects are assigned to each class, including theory and practical subjects. Exams are created based on these class-subject mappings. Students are admitted either as new admissions or promoted from the previous class upon successful completion. During their course, students are charged fees which can be collected monthly or as a one-time payment. We record daily student attendance.

Our school may offer transport facilities to students, and we manage vehicle routes and transport fees. We also have a library to maintain book inventory, issue/return records, and fines. Hostel facilities are provided and managed by assigning students to available rooms. Our teachers are responsible for teaching and managing students, and we need an efficient way to communicate with teachers, students, and parents. We also record all school expenses including miscellaneous bills, salaries, and operational costs.

EzyCampus provides reporting tools to analyze various academic, financial, and administrative metrics. If you're using EzyCampus for a training institute, you can admit students into multiple classes simultaneously using the multi-class feature.

Apart from this, EzyCampus allows access for multiple users including teachers, accountants, librarians, students, and parents through its 8 built-in user roles: SuperAdmin, Admin, Teacher, Accountant, Librarian, Receptionist, Student, and Parent. You can also create unlimited custom roles for other staff members.
